Remember 'Going to the Mat', that Disney Channel movie about the blind kid who wrestles? I don't own it. But I love it. Jase and Fly are both so adorable.

Fly felt his feet leaving the floor-- he felt himself flip a full 360 degrees and fall flat on his back.

He was used to it. Weeks of training had left him quite accustomed to landing pinned by his opponent. But not usually on a hard wood floor, and not usually by Jase.

This was just the same as any other practice wrestling match. So why was he feeling nervous? Jase probably didn't realize how close their faces were at this moment; it wasn't his fault. This was Fly's fault. Fly's own fault that he was too flustered to even move.

'What's wrong?' asked Jase, also unmoving. It wasn't an awkward question, just a conditioned response to anything he couldn't grasp. Jase was blind. Fly silently thanked God Jase couldn't see how red his cheeks were. This situation had to end before he lost control. He tried moving his head; Jase sensed the movement and followed him, trying to understand the apparent tension.

'Jase, man, I can't move.' His voice was almost innaudible, and he was sure Jase could feel his heart beating at a million thumps per second. He could feel Jase's, pounding like a drum. It was too much to bear. Jase shifted uneasily, grabbing Fly by the shoulders.

'Fly, what's wrong? You're stiff as a doll. Are you hurt?' He shook him. 'Fly!'

'I can't move.' Fly repeated, a little louder. Then, taking a deep breath, he said bluntly, 'Get off.' Instead of moving, Jase simply stopped fidgeting. He furrowed his brow.

'What?' Fly looked Jase in the eyes, even though he didn't expect to get a reaction.

'Er-- what i mean is..' The gap between their lips closed briefly. Then they seperated, a little belatedly.

Fly blinked. Had he just kissed Jase? Or had Jase kissed him?

'Sorry,' they said in unison.

Jase smiled. The tempurature on Fly's cheeks increased dangerously.

That smile would be his downfall.
